“ Great spot for breakfast near Lake Isabella & Kern River Camp Grounds. The eggs Benedict were fantastic, the pancakes were also very tasty. The coffee did taste a bit funky, and the OJ was mid. But the service was very friendly, and the food was ready quick. Would love to come back and try something else! ”
“ Great little breakfast spot in Kernville. We had the corned beef hash and French toast with sausage, both were delicious. The drip coffee was also good. The service was great, the food came out pretty quick and cost about normal. ”
“ Once again, Cheryl's Diner does not disappoint! We had a big family group and there was plenty of space for us all in the back. We ordered the combo appetizer with fried mushrooms, zucchini, jalapeño poppers, and cauliflower-- all fried and delicious. We ordered a variety of entrees from burgers to an open-face hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, and crispy chicken sandwiches to taco soup and onion rings for the table. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. Our servers were friendly, professional, and very attentive. Definitely will be going to this place when I am in Kernville. Enjoy! ”
“ Built in 1985 family owned business the mom is 80 years young and the daughters are running the restaurant now dad passed last year so they are keeping the legacy going. Biscuits and gravy are homemade and taste delicious the biscuits melt in your mouth and the heaven is creamy and are heavenly. The daughters told us the dad built most of the buildings in town the post office, museum a lot of history they can tell you.. stop and support the family owned busi ”
